  Absolutely zero efficiency, the line up will be going out the door. And they will not open a second till. You can expect to wait up to half an hour for a coffee.

  Everyone in Gimli knows the Tim Hortons is the Laughing Stock of town. I have an incalculable amount of poor service stories from this location. My favourite which my brother pokes fun at me for is this;
  
  I went in there one day in March, went to grab some milk. I always check the date on my milk. At the time of that visit the milk was already 2 days expired. I spoke with the manager on duty and told her "Your milk is expired, you should probably pull it." She looked over to her co-worker and said something along the lines of "I told them to take that off a few days ago!?!?" I thought that was the end of the deal... It wasn't. I went back a week later with my brother, while I was explaining the "milk story" I looked again, that same milk was in the cooler. So once again I spoke with management..... My brother and I pulled the milk off the shelf ourselves. Nobody wants nasty expired milk.
  
  I do truly hope the Gimli Tim's can turn it around soon. Quite frankly it's an embarrassment, without a doubt the most poorly operated Tim Hortons I have ever stepped foot in.
  
  That's just one story, I have many.

  Timmies is Timmies, a great place for coffee that's always busy. The coffee was great one more time.
